Definitely change that! Running puts a ton of strain on leg and hip muscles. I have a few nagging issues from my running days. Honestly, yoga was a game changer for me, but just adding routine stretches will make a difference

If you haven't already, make sure you're not skimping on stretching! It makes a huge difference, and adding stretches morning + night made a huge difference regardless of whether I work out that day. But sometimes you just gotta work up to more cardio too, unfortunately

Sure you would. It's worked so well in the past....These people are not nearly as smart as the last people who ran this playbook. We got legal avenues left, and the state governments hold a lot of power in the US. No one is doing anything until after he fucks with midterms

Trump's goal is to incite violence b4 2026 to suspend midterm elections. No one is acting recklessly w/out knowing theres a way forward to avoid that.The videos are recommended by advocacy groups- they're used in a number of ways, from helping people find loved ones to getting people off charges.

I mean, Id listen to the man. He has a lot to say about how being in the military messed him up and the fall out woke him up. His story on the tattoo is in line with everything else he's said.

Just need to say this because this is a huge point of contention to Americans protesting in LA. Many are Americans but still harassed by ICE simply because thet target people who aren't white. This is why LA bubbled over (and an extremely unnecessary use of force rapidly increasing tensions)

Hispanic in LA does not always mean immigrants. The area has a high amount of Mexican Americans. Many are born and raised Americans. There are families that can seriously trace their heritage back to when Mexico owned the area in LA. A lot of what you see has to do with who actually lives in LA
