So how does this work? People can try out a business model (seems possible if you have enough money), but if that business model doesn’t work then you make the company inactive and the tax payer, via Companies House pays for the mop up?

This really gets my blood boiling when you compare Streeting's rhetoric about puberty blockers to his rhetoric about the MMRV.
I am all for the MMRV, but let's gets equality in health care for all children and lift the puberty blocker ban.

This really gets my blood boiling when you compare Streeting's rhetoric about puberty blockers to his rhetoric about the MMRV.
I am all for the MMRV, but let's gets equality in health care for all children and lift the puberty blocker ban.

As we fast approach 2026 there are many things I will be reflecting on. But in terms of trans rights it is very sad that the F(S)WS supreme court ruling has not improved trans or cis womens rights.

If it should come to it, and this anti human rights koward starmer party lets the anti human rights "EHRC" transists try to dictate toilet access, and declare we are not like other humans and have less rights then I think we should arrange a mass pee outside the toilets.

Parliament explicitly protected the rights of trans people; but the notion the rights of transphobes are protected is judge made law. And I think its wrong. We will certainly look for an opportunity to take eg the point that racists don't enjoy the same Equality Act protections as people of colour.

There is no such thing as too many people in the UK. We need to welcome immigrants

If the BBC when reporting on the harassment incident of Dr. Upton uses very similarly offensive language to that used by the guilty harasser, is the BBC equally guilty of harassment of Dr Upton.

I was born, and worked in the UK all of my life. It was a vibrant place umtil Thatcher. She blights our society, Section 28, and the infamous Alister Jack section 35 blocking democratically voted for Scottish law. There's no chance of the UK being equal with a right wing press.

It's nine months since the #SC desicion in the #FSWS case and #Labour government could have legislated to correct the #SC ruling, against their legal duty, ignored preceeding rulings. It's shocking that 6 judges all make the same mistakes. We need a fair judiciary, a legal way to challenge this.

We should ask why #forstater, the gcomp is deluded about the safety, dignity and privacy of women and girls. They think it is achieved by excluding trans women from single sex spaces. The evidence, statistically and empirically is that trans women are not a threat.
