Quite right - the man's health comes above all other considerations. All hopes for his recovery. As for those comments - afraid I largely choose not to look any more.

I think this is exactly the point. Questions devised with one eye on a grabby headline. Though who it's meant to appeal to is another question.

It comes & goes. But slowly it goes more often than it comes, and eventually it stops coming altogether. Not doing it is the only trick there is.

Happened to me once after a gig when I lived on the 19th floor in London. I had my guitar in a heavy plastic case.

Great thread. DH Lawrence & Barbara Cartland (OK not really literary) But all writers are self absorbed arseholes. Only comics are worse.
