Action beats analysis every time.

When you take one small action:
→ You build confidence
→ You learn to manage uncertainty
→ You choose progress over perfection

Easy?

No.

Worth it?

100%.

→ Identify the emotion holding you back
→ Address the emotion, not the schedule
