I can handle my anxiety when it's sourced from stress. I cannot handle it when it's sourced from shame. And today I am ashamed. Part of me wants to personally apologize to Zelenskyy because I'm sorry the country I'm from is..... this.

We are at a tipping point as a species. Is this the point where humanity ends? Or do we prove ourselves worthy of continuing on and continuing to evolve past this barbaric stage? I'm really afraid that it's not going to end well.
