That would indeed be a worthy subject. And as far as I know, it's never been done insofar as worth vs. valuation being the absolute focus.

Herr Hitler (AKA, don's hero) built a reception hall. It was designed to be a grand space that could accommodate large ceremonies & events & could also be used as a ballroom.
It was added to the Old Reich Chancellery in 1933. The building was an impressive structure designed to project power.
