Great article, been thinking the same thing about drinking our way to recovery. I agree it’s not the single fix, it’s more of a “yes, and..” situation. Also agree, commercial property owner need to take a hit, holding vacant and stubborn on rent is not going to do it.

What a fun memory! I’ve never seen a play group of very large dogs but now I gotta scan the internet for a Great Dane meetup.
