I’m American but I’ve followed Eurovision for ages. The heads banning Russia for political reasons during the war with Ukraine then saying they won’t ban Israel, despite the genocide in Gaza, and claiming politics shouldn’t affect the contest is absolute hypocritical bullshit. Free Palestine! 🇵🇸

How about we worry less, as a society, about whether individuals might be cheating to get a disability accommodation or some help buying food, and more about whether extremely wealthy people and corporations are paying their fair share of taxes?

I cannot in good conscience support the death penalty. The prison system should focus on reformation and rehabilitation first and foremost.
