Everything about this administration is traumatizing. In a way that is more severe than the first time around. I can't imagine the lasting mental health damage being done to millions in addition to the physical and economic harms.

So many "political norms" and "laws" don't seem to matter anymore. So, fuck it, I'm never again decrying or condemning political violence at the hands of -- or on behalf of -- the *actually* oppressed.

Christian nationalists, cis men, and white people are NOT *actually* oppressed.

I really need academic institutions to re-think how they research the LGBTQ+ community. At the day job, our catch-all inbox had TWENTY-THREE requests for us to promote research programs to our clients just this week. Research is important, but no one wants to feel like a lab rat.

After having a lingering sinus infection, I woke up early this morning and had to sneeze/blow my nose. My nose fully opened up to unobstructed breathing for the first time in what feels like weeks and it felt so good I thought I might cry. Didn't last, but now I have hope. 👃
