Two years ago our friend Miron put up this pergola and my husband planted jasmine and roses to grow up it. My job, which I take very seriously, is to sit with a book, a glass of chilled rosé and admire it.

We also rescued another whippet, Scramble. Here with Michael. He grew up in France, but moved to the UK when his owners divorced. He hated being left alone all day. He stopped eating. We took him in, but had to hire a dog psychologist for the three dogs. After that the dogs were fine. #dogsofbluesky
