Agree 100%. Just listened over breakfast to BBCR4Today with Tim Montgomerie once again highlighted - bafflingly - as an authority on economics, politics & pretty well everything else. Ignorance masquerading as expertise. Is the Beeb being run by 5th columnists bent on its demise?

Attended a local Labour meeting yesterday. Gave the MP a roasting about the Party's shift to the right, its authoritarian instincts, assault on the poor, absence of intl know-how, Starmer's misuse of antisemitism = fall in the polls. Response: "we're a superb team". Might as well talk to the wall.

1. Misuse & weaponizing of antisemitism which has the effect of trivialising its meaning & effectively helping to turn it into a cheap insult.
2. Genuflection to Trump & Netanyahu.
3. Lack of integrity + serial dishonesty
4. A streak of authoritarianism
5. Betrayal of fundamental Labour values.
