Setting aside any other issues about what CBS might or might not provide the right wing, taking one of the banner news outlets-- the outlet of Murrow and Cronkite and 60 Minutes-- out of play is a win in and of itself.
Think who/what they've taken out already: CBS, WaPo, LAT, PBS, BBC. Scary.

I genuinely can't imagine even entertaining the notion of going to the States again. 2016 was a breaking point, but the re-election was the (probably permanent) rupture. Then all the 51st state and similar garbage to add spite and fury to the mix.

Sure Congress is struggling to decide between simply enabling and aggressively making things worse.

Agreed on the content-- but, is there something missing with that phrase "mad as a man in the nighttime"? Pretty sure most of us don't go barking in the attic when the sun goes down...
