Got two fun pieces of news this morning -- my paper, Pointe Of No Return, has been accepted for publication by Dance Research, and INCOMERS, the three-part series on immigration I wrote for the admirable Yorkshire Bylines, has broken the barrier with >1,000 reads. Dead chuffed, I am.

Out again today, walking to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I'll be doing this every day, hoping to save innocent victims of this appalling disease. If we don't beat cancer, it will continue to take people we love. Please help if you can -- doesn't need to be much. Thank you, and stay well.

Not great weather, but I'm out everyday, ticking off the miles for Cancer Research UK. Just over halfway through September, just under halfway to the fundraising target. I'd love to change that -- could you possible help? That would be great! Here's the QR code for the page. Thank you so much!

Chucking it down this morning, but I've been out, counting puddles to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. -- every donation, big or small, helps save someone, maybe even someone you know or love. Here's a QR code to my Giving Page. Could you possibly help us? It would be so great if you could!

I'm doing the Cancer Research UK challenge, walking every day to raise funds for research into ways of dealing with this terrible disease. If you're able to donate to this effort, please follow the link. Thank you so much. fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/jeremys...

I was very proud and happy to present my poster at the Oxford conference of the Society for Academic Primary Care. It's been a most stimulating couple of days among all these great researchers, enjoying and learning from their brilliant presentations.

In Rimini, where I have the immense privilege of presenting for the brilliant delegates and speakers of the IADMS annual conference. These are leading international experts, and I'm seriously chuffed to be here.

Slightly chuffed that my poster won the DPhil prize at yesterday's meeting of the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at Keble. Surprised and delighted, actually.
