LLMs can be unreliable, but some are very reliable if used in specific controlled ways. And you can quantify the reliability using benchmark tasks.

Neurosift is expanding with new visualization plugins each week.
jeremymagland.bsky.social
Neurosift can lazy load data from remote HDF5 files hosted on S3. That's what enables exploration and visualization of NWB files on DANDI Archive, and other h5 files on public repositories.

Intended to be viewed on a desktop. You're probably on your phone, so enable desktop mode.

The freedom to live without fear of discrimination is a core American value, but anti-equality lawmakers in Iowa are trying to undermine that freedom by fast-tracking a bill that would remove civil rights protections for trans and queer Iowans.

Explore NWB files interactively with the Neurosift chat interface.

* Load an NWB file (e.g., Dandiset 000473)
* Analyze data, generate Python code, and create plots in chat
* Embed visualizations like raster plots, LFP data, or histograms

There are a lot of advantages of standardizing your data with the Neurodata Without Borders format. You get to hook into the #nwb ecosystem of analysis software, visualization software, and web based tools such as @www.dandiarchive.org and @neurosift.app. I'm happy to see them on bluesky!

If there are published papers with this problem, what should be done? Is there a mechanism for marking those results for readers without going as far as retracting?

Data can be analyzed in endless ways, as this paper reminds us. So while our published paper reports one way to do it, it's crucial to test many many variants of the analysis to see just how robust the conclusions are.
