Kimmel didn't incite violence. He didn't commit slander. He criticized politicians and media figures.

And of course this is a giant conflict of interest for Trump, Elon, and anyone in their orbits with any crypto holdings. Even if the reserve is never actually created, advance knowledge of or influence on this kind of announcement is an opportunity for corruption.
