I will say, Viktor SPECIFICALLY is a very good example of life while disabled in Piltover. I've seen a couple characters look unsure of how to interact with him, him not getting a council seat, him hiding his worsening condition from everyone

I'm also interested in how this will affect Salo as a character. (didn't age well) Now he's like the people he's spent his whole life looking down on. Hell, even the council room was designed in a way that makes it inaccessible for a wheelchair user. a disabled councilor was never even considered!

they can *teleport* huge ships yet his wheelchair can't even.... smoothly handle stairs? they were clearly unprepared for this! and it shows that disability is an afterthought for Piltover. No one is working on mobility aid techs bc why would we have to? we aren't zaunites? (3/4)

in Piltover I imagine physical disability isn't seen often, at least I haven't seen too many missing limbs or anything up topside so far. meanwhile losing body parts in Zaun seems fairly commonplace, you wouldn't spare an extra glance at a prosthetic bc everyone has one (2/4)
