I don't know how y'all feel about steak, but Cattleman's is an experience. It's near El Paso. They don't take reservations, though, and the wait can be quite long. (The lobster there is also quite good and huge.) Echo Cafe Central as an upscale dining place. Will also echo L&J Cafe.
