I strongly disapprove of the “Social Media Support” model. Please just fix your existing systems.
Maybe add a “my time-sensitive prescription is missing” option on the Contact Us form. A live chat option would be ideal, but at least getting human eyes on issues fast is a necessity for a pharmacy.

We’re going to you because prices on some necessary meds are obscene, but we can’t wait weeks for Contact Us messages to go ignored.
There really needs to be some kind of immediate support options, even if it raises the costs.
