Multifamily affordable housing, rescue dogs, wine, and maybe a little bit of corporate finance and macroeconomics for fun while clearing cedar and scrub brush in the Texas Hill Country.
What appears to be a mask is turning me against the mockingbird but enjoy regardless.

I had to replace mine on a dishwasher that was only a few years old and the biggest advice, other than making sure to protect the floors, is don't think you can reach everything without pulling it "mostly" out of the cabinet. And make sure you have enough flex/pull in the water and drain hoses.

My UPS driver just got assigned another route as they consolidated distribution centers and closed his, but hopefully the next driver will be as good as the past 3-4, we love us some UPS drivers, the best.

I've used these, or similar items, for years and they work well.

I just stopped watching CNBC in the morning and turn to Bloomberg instead. I just can't anymore.

Yet $TSLA is up over 6% as of now before the open, it's a meme stock.

The fact that I was taken aback by his reply to the Senator's post shows that even though I think I know the depths of depravity they'll go to, I'm still naive. I do love my Rivian, BTW.

Cutting jobs at the Federal level then sending funds to the states in the form of block grants thus requiring the recipient states to staff up doesn't reduce costs to the taxpayers, in most cases it increases total costs. But the GOP gets to claim cost cuts without focusing on true reductions.

Bullish on getting a 5 handle soon, and short-term rates staying in the 4's for the next 6 - 9 months.

Happy with their CP and short-term, UST portfolios as the year rolls over.

Sell, there's something I've heard about supply and demand somewhere and our supply has done nothing but increase lately.

The process and handling of it have been a farce.

I agree, I think Texas gets the 8th seed if we lose, maybe 7th, depending on the other games. A home playoff game for any of the schools in the mix would be crazy, especially at night.

I completely forgot about Clemson/South Carolina, the way they're both playing now it should be interesting. For my own rooting interests, I just hope Quinn Ewers' ankle is good for the UT/A&M reboot.

Anything that can be made in advance is a positive addition to a hectic holiday meal. I'm looking forward to it. I've always enjoyed your market commentary, but cranberry relish, come on!

Prep time 5 minutes???? Yes.

I'm keeping this in my back pocket as we'll do cranberry sauce next week, but for Christmas, I think this is coming out. Thank you for sharing. But it won't replace the unforgettable sound of the cranberry sauce coming out of the can....
