This made me NUTS the first time I saw it! The freakin GOVERNOR didn't save her own high school music program! After she had told Mr. Holland 90 minutes earlier how much it meant to her! Even when she sucked at clarinet! WTAF?!?

These "scholars and experts" spend all day rewriting their last report for their reformy think tank, full of indefensible nonsense, while sending endless press releases and waiting by the phone for the next reporter or pundit to call, asking for a pithy quote that throws shade on teachers unions.
