yeah it really is the solution. i've had an app timer on discord for ages but the issue with that is i'd still waste a bunch of time and then if i had to go out i'd just bump the time up in case flatmates try to reach me, and sometimes forget to put it back down (⁠*⁠﹏⁠*⁠;⁠)

yeahhhh, i kind of immediately realised this was it. i say Realised but i actually meant Remembered. this is what i used to do but then i kept joining new servers and not sorting them immediately so i'd remember to use them for The Reason i joined them, so eventually they built up and Oops :)

okay it turns out the answer is organising your servers into folders and keeping them closed on mobile at all times
