I’ve found this to be true over my workout journey as a larger, middle aged women trying to exist inside fitness spaces. Online it sucks. IRL almost everyone is great and supportive (or gratefully leaves me alone 😆).

My youngest calls it “retchup” which is disgusting sounding but it’s just 1 part ketchup to 1 part ranch dressing & he loves it. (I’m also pretty sure it’s basically thousand island right?)
