I start my fitness coaching tomorrow and even though right now I'm limited on my movement I'm really excited. Some goals I want by next year.

Clarity takes time, but when it hits it feels so much better. Took my anxiety about two months to accept the current situation and realize that it's not all bad and this can be a very very good thing. I'm doing a lot right now to work on myself and finding out more about myself along the way.
