I wrote with MPs to Ofcom and the ICO on Monday. Nothing has been done. The hate and abuse of this girl and her mother continues on this disgusting website, even after her death. The owner must be held accountable.

As the Association of Forensic Science Providers says, ‘the pitfalls of these self-swabbing kits far outweigh any benefits … we would not recommend [them] as a method to recover forensic evidence in cases of sexual assault and rape.’

These are huge unanswered questions that the Bill’s supporters refuse to engage with and if you force it through with the Parliament Act it means none of the known dangers get fixed.

If we mess this up and force this through in this deeply flawed state we will be held responsible.

They’re also asking whether people with manageable or treatable conditions who refuse treatment, or people with dementia, could be eligible for an assisted death.

These issues just weren’t properly considered in the House of Commons.
