this loops back to the thoughts i had yesterday with us being made of people we've met. Part of them carries on with you and with that is a sense of yearning/nostalgia for the way things used to be. Life moves on and its best to try and keep moving forward. Remember the things we have now.

It helps to write my thoughts out with these sort of things otherwise they run through my head and that's not good.
Its also important to remember that the conclusion to those sometimes, maybe most of the time, isn't to reach out and try and "fix it". Cause that can just end up reopening wounds
