Noticed this as more folks escape to curated spaces!
There isn't an algorithm here (at least not in the way twt, IG, etc has)
Posts don't really go "viral" in the sense that an algo pushes it the more traction it gains; it's heavily dependent on individuals actively sharing and engaging.

'waaah bluesky isn't as big as my old social media platform was waaah' and then you check and they interact with 0 other artists, never boost other artists or god forbid, talk to non artists.

That makes some kind of sense I guess considering how hard it is to make alcohol markers play nice with any sort of liquid media x.x

I need to try them out, they look perfect for my workflow! I feel like it's always a bit of a gamble whenever I do watercolour washes over ink base layers because stuff randomly bleeds into each other

Actual waterproof ink would be a godsend the way I use them alongside watercolour, I'm definitely going to have to see if I can get a pot or two to try now!

Oh that would help so much! I'm already seeing some rust on mine and it's not that old/used yet D=

Ooh that's interesting, you might be on to something there... The Kaweco inks did feel pretty dry so might be a problem for F/EF nibs if they're not tuned for that 🤔
