I'd also second all the folks who have said the diagrams had to do too much of the heavy lifting. These images alone could never have actually built the connective tissue between good idea and actual direct action. Thats still the problem today. Lots of good intention, but who is making it true?

I have always found them helpful but as a person deep in the identity space at the time, the articulation around identity as a platform and the trust and consent layer didn't land for me. We should have probably helped you with that as we had ideas for a trust framework but didn't join up properly.
