I believe some media outlets would gladly cover that sort of story, and he would claim that it is "untrue, bias, racist" (somehow), a "proliferation of fake news," and has a "woke 'progressive' far-left agenda" ... things he says about the media when they print stories about him, he doesn't like.

He's supposedly "on the spectrum" with an ADS resembling Asperger's... which can "explain" (not excuse) some of his common sense numb, socially tone-deaf, childish tantrum, and alternative to reality behaviors, but he also does a lot of pandering for anything he thinks will generate benefit to him.
