Hmm… hoping that 2026 is the year that I properly start addressing my mental health issues. My anxiety is so bad lately, to the point I rarely leave my house. I’m the queen of suffering in silence. 🫠 I have researched many psychiatrists, I just need to actually get brave enough to call one. 🤞🏼
