Breaks are hard to come by, but when you have 'em, go outside! The noise inside is overwhelming and outside time helps a lot. Also recommend earplugs/Loops/similar if you're sound sensitive! :)

FEELS SO BAD. I'm far enough along in recovery that in daily life I have it pretty well managed. But that just means that I go to events and think I'll be safe to make choices like "spend 7 hours at a conference" and "go out to dinner" 💀

Fun fact: I selected the font* & typeset Dinosaur Polo Club's wordmark - so I guess you could!

*(Muller Narrow, technically the italicised version of the font but de-slanted because I liked the letter form of the 'a' better that way)
