Tomorrow I will spend at least 10 minutes on the exercise bike in the cold conservatory. I will also attempt to read at the same time. This is not a charity fundraising challenge, it’s me trying to provoke myself into regular movement so that I don’t fossilize into an 87-year-old woman.

The algorithm on Instagram keeps feeding me clips of this movie called Culpa Mia, and as one whose teens were accompanied by Mills & Boon paperbacks, what else can I do but add this movie to my watch list.
