A case of Covid in the family (not me) means I'm on my own tonight. I get Ash tomorrow. I guess I will write tonight and walk the dog, and not really know quite what to do with the Xmas dinner I cooked. Here is a dog picture.

Thrilled that SAG-AFTRA have a deal. Selfishly happy because Sandman can start shooting again, and we can finally do the audio dubbing with our SAG actors on Anansi Boys and unselfishly happy because my (other) Union pulled it off and the world can restart.

It’s so fucking funny that this ended identically to how the writers strike ended, with the AMPTP giving a cartoonishly evil “last best final offer” that gets rejected out of hand and thus they just capitulate because they’re out of ideas and want to start making money again
