And the answer is... (some of you got it right!), from the Family Ziphiidae, the goose-beaked whale (𝑍𝑖𝑝ℎ𝑖𝑢𝑠 𝑐𝑎𝑣𝑖𝑟𝑜𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑠)! 🐳🐬

Ziphiidae are Odontocetes with their dorsal fin located posterior than that of dolphins (on the 2nd third of the body), small pectoral fins and a peculiar melon and snout!

Atent@s a los mapas de alto riesgo de colisión con grandes cetáceos. En Canarias es especialmente relevante el riesgo para los cachalotes, y también para el rorcual común en el Mediterráneo.
Todo ello sin tener en cuenta al resto de cetáceos y fauna marina.

Tenemos que hacer algo al respecto 🐳

Why are whales eating plastic bags? They may 'sound' like dinner.

Deep-diving toothed whales wash up dead with stomachs full of plastic and prey alike. Their built-in sonar likely can’t tell the difference.
