There’s probably a slight chance I will eat your face

I like space and 70s aesthetics and typography and the funny creatures!
:0 fellow feathered friend??? Such a beautiful art piece, gosh

Wow, I love the way you’ve interpreted their head feathers and beak shape. Super cool!!!

Though with that said, I think the other thing about old retro 3D aesthetics that irks me is how they’re not really treated as a medium for completely new art direction. In fact, it often feels like retro aesthetics are the art direction! But there’s so much room for unique expression within them.

Hard agree. Its a bit strange because there really isn’t one single “psx aesthetic,“ but it’s often treated as being rather monolithic in nature. I also dislike how it’s also pushed out of the spotlight the look of N64 titles. where are the Banjo-Kazooie or Ocarina style games? Few and far between.

"What are the exact coordinates of a certain round cooking utensil in the first chapter of Portal 2?"

Also—meant to say this earlier, but this is incredible!

I’ve made a few simulations of rotating space stations, and I almost always start blasting Blue Danube and watch the stars spin around me. It’s such an incredible moment once all your hard work comes together and you get to watch it play out in front of you!

Love this bird and their glorious blinky terminal!

Ooo!!! My biology professor was super enthusiastic about these little guys and had us write a paper about them (I think he specialized in the study of marine invertebrates and maybe tunicates specifically). I love them so much

“Then the game counts how many bottles have that check” is a visceral statement

I’m curious if you have any examples, because I can’t think of an off the top of my head. Also this intrigues me because Unity has UnityEvents which can be used very similarly to entity io

I love the inspiration pulled from the 2001 suits. Also, I’m extremely impressed to see an anthro character in a traditional space helmet that looks really well proportioned, I personally struggle with that!

Real mood. My sona is the same way. But they do make a mad rehydrated sandwich from reconstituted food emulsion. Maybe they could share?

What is her favorite sandwich?

I might've read this as "Multi-Skullular Organism," which sounds rad.

Midna in Twilight Princess for sure. I've always liked how her voice sounds uncanny, but never artificial. That's probably because her voice is basically a realtime YTP of her voice actress, Akiko Kōmoto.

Game that only awards achievements once you’ve unlocked every achievement

That's super clever and simple! For my own space project, I needed to break the scene into a hierarchy of reference frames, which is so painful to work with. I think that's what KSP does, actually. But it's nice when that kind of nonsense isn't needed to appease the physics engine gods.
