Their talk of AI is totally disingenuous to the 'why' people are so upset about it. They're downplaying genAI by comparing it alongside NPC behavior.
They acknowledge the impact it's having but lumping in all Artificial Intelligence as the buzzword, being adjacent to the 'inevitable' talking point.

Just speaking on the content of this drop, the biggest thing that gets me is base Ichigo has an upcoming spoiler on him.
They may have well just made his transformation match for accuracy and spoil the whole upcoming arc if they weren't doing the traditional designs.

The issue was that this was feeding into an important deadline for a coworker. They wasted DAYS and I was lucky to get this fixed on the deadline.

After a 2nd reply basically saying the same thing and them attaching corporate documents on how they want it sent (aka how to send faxes in said program), I "may" have sent a strongly worded (while still professional) e-mail explaining how a fax system cannot send PDF files, complete with citations.
