I have never thought Newsom is the one, but I do enjoy his trolling. He's just getting a lot of publicity now, but it's a long way to the nomination.

Besides the obvious, it makes him feel powerful to be sitting & making everyone else stand around him.

Read Heather Cox Richardson's letter from yesterday. Thanksgiving actually dates from the Civil War as gratitude in the North for it's survival & victories. Does that help? We can be thankful for the Resistance while acknowledging that white people were/are hardly a blessing for the Indigenous.

I've never seen 2 & 3 because 1 was so awful. 7 - 9 were basically rewrites of 4 - 6 but at least entertaining & better cast.

Assuming they know they could oust Johnson this afternoon if they had any guts. Guess they think MTG had a good idea to get her pension & get a cushy corporate job.

Sounds like a candidate for a recall (or whatever mechanism TX has for removing judges incapable of being judicious).

After all the spin that the gerrymandering might actually help Democrats due to diluting the Republican vote in already gerrymandered districts, I have to wonder if this is a win or not.
Though I rejoice at *any* take down of Republican malfeasance.
