For now, you will be unable to access any channel marked NSFW, and you will be unable to disable the blurring on things that trigger the content filter or change your EM settings to allow EMs from everyone (message requests are forced on). But presumably the goal is to slowly restrict more.

On most sites (I know this works on youtube) you delete everything after the "?" (literal question mark) in the URL. Usually the first half is the link to the page and the second half or even more than half is tracking junk you can delete. I usually just test the clean link before sending.

you get light hearted posts sometimes but not often. I've found some more positive spaces and a good chunk of my friends are ex-jws but the subreddit i only regularly followed for the first months after waking up and then it started feeling too heavy. [2/2]

Lol that is funny (the elder not the sub's response). In mine half the elders were Star Wars and Marvel fans and the other half thought they were bad (my parents were on the "it's bad" side). The two sides seemed to agree to not bring it up.

Yeah this comes months after they got their age verification ID database hacked. But even ignoring that it's never actually about the children its about data mining for profit and surveillance. I'm canceling nitro, and exploring if partially moving a community I help run somewhere else is feasible.

I would imagine their largest cost would be for the Google maps API usage, which gets expensive especially since they use a treat view way more than most applications.
