They don't care. Double standards mean nothing to them as long as they get what they want. It's not about the constitution, it's about control. They manipulate and gaslight until they get it, and the democrats are too timid to use their own tactics against them because they have too much respect

I definitely think this is the start of a convergence like you say. 360 games being enabled for streaming and now this seems to imply something is being aligned with this new handheld.

They already do. They're killing people by destroying the economy, by removing funding for medical research, for causing plane crashes due to cutting jobs etc.

If they're keeping someone wrongfully convicted in prison, whilst an actual convict is running the show, then where do the US citizens draw the line? Peaceful protests can only get you so far.
