A mixture . For example compensation for delay triggered by longer waits (6 hours for long haul). However, gain of right for one included cabin bag.

Network Three & later the Music Programme were in part BBC defences against a perceived threat that as the Third Programme only occupied a few hours at night the frequencies could always be removed at least during daytime & used for a commercial station. The money for these extra services was scant.

Happy birthday to BBC Network Three, born on this day in 1957. Network Three will be something of an odd-sock drawer, picking up things like adult education and sport that don't fit well on the Home Service, Light Programme or Third Programme, and is pitched as being a station for people's hobbies.

If you compare with the previous valorisation method (RPI with an informal 2.5% floor) it has only significantly pulled away from that in the last few years. Mainly through income increases remaining depressed through the 2010s. Also income rises have lagged inflation in time.

Digging into it a bit, full length & technically better versions of season 1 were run on a Canadian channel a few years back. The best hope for seeing these at some time I guess is streaming but there is nothing legal at the moment.

It does seem to be chopped into almost as many lots as possible - small bundles of scripts etc. The sort of thing you'd like to be kept together in a collection but maybe no one is around who could come to acceptable terms on it.

LibDems are now largely a South of England party plus a few traditional other spots (plus a scattering of individuals in councils). Outside of these their difficulty is getting any visibility at all. Battered into irrelevance.

Quite. The "ITC" order doesn't pull further forward anything from after he disappears. Some original orders though were bizarre - I think it may have been Anglia who didn't even start with Identified.

Although it wrecked the continuity of how people looked and the character development it isn't difficult to work out why on the original airing the early episodes after Identified were demoted and later ones brought forward.
