I could not help but notice the remarkable similarity in looks (and theme) of Stephen Miller - deputy chief of staff for policy and homeland security advisor to the Trump administration AND actor Basil Rathbone in the 1935 movie "A Tale of Two Cities" playing the role of the Marquis St. Evrémonde.
