I wrote you a reply, but it was too long to post here…lol. So here is a screenshot.
There is a liver enzyme that metabolizes and converts THC to 11-Hydroxy-THC. In rare cases, some people don't produce that enzyme, and therefore edibles don't effect them as strongly or at all. I would recommend starting at a smaller dose (5-10 mg) next time, and building up just in case the chocolate bar itself was lower than advertised. That way you will know without any adverse side effects if you are a unicorn.
