I had something similar a few years ago. Down to 5.5, so was kept in hospital for 5 days whilst I had blood transfusions and then cosmofer - an iron solution. I’ve been prone to anaemia for around 18 years now, however - touch wood - things have been much better lately.

Met up with the lovely Jonathan in London today for drinks in Soho, followed by a Leigh Bowery exhibition at Tate Modern, and then we finished off with noodles at Wagamama
