That's the original Figment - purple horns, crossed arms, and a bit chubbier than the walk-around one that came later. He can also be seen in the promo photos with Joe Hudgins as the Dreamfinder, and also at Epcot's groundbreaking ceremony with Joe.

Here's the version I have! I just looked at the inscription, and it's from 30 years ago this month. I feel so old. 😀
