It’s hard for me to believe that the moderate La Niña can compete with raging marine heat waves across most of the N. Pacific and N. Atlantic in influencing N. America’s weather this winter. Thoughts?

It surprises me there's so much discussion about this developing weak La Nina and mostly crickets about the raging marine heat waves in the NW Pacific, across the entire N. Atlantic, and much of the Arctic that are sure to have major influences on weather patterns around the N. Hemisphere...
