The "default configuration" exists so that the system doesnt randomly give your child's health information to some stranger. It took me a simple email to have my kids linked to me when their accounts were set up by the doctors office. This guy really needs to go get a job that he is good at.

She has a point. If 3 years is a no go but 2 years is possible, why not negotiate there? Why push for something that will literally not happen. They have to find middle ground. The my way or the highway approach only works when you are in the majority, and right now, the Democrats are not there.
