Why UX matters: Facebook’s “page not found” error on my feed offered no information about the real issue. What it should’ve said was, “We’re requiring a passkey for your account.” The irony is that I already set one up. #ux #fail

Wandering package update: After arriving at the facility in Denver last night, it left for its next — and unspecified — location, then returned to Denver. This morning it made it to the Longmont post office. USPS has now informed me my Nov 1 delivery will be late. #usps #fail #adventure
