• as a founder engage with influencers and journalists directly for the first year
• create touch points to engage with customers, social, email, IRL, surveys

This is a real thing. It’s so easy to say to yourself that you’ve never heard of this happening to anyone you know. Kids don’t care about that. They’ll still pull all the drawers out of their dresser…
