As a golfer it’s not just enough to be strong, you need to be able to express force quickly as well!⛳️🧨

Whilst strength work should be your bread and butter, various hops + jumps, explosive push-ups, slams, throws etc should also be sprinkled in 😎

Lots of variations out there so pick ones that suit you, how you move, experience, kit available etc 👌

Deadlifts should definitely be a staple in your golf fitness training though! ⛳️💪

Even if you are quite limited; strength, power, speed work etc can still be highly valuable and not every exercise needs to be mobility based 😁

Spending too much time working on mobility at the expense of other components is a trap I see golfers commonly fall into so make sure that’s not you 👊
