It's really damn good. It's like if Half Life co-op and Dark Souls had a cool kid that turned out to be a survival/base-builder game fanatic.

I do. They definitely help recover when you eat poorly, drank the night b4, or are sick. Keep a box in the pantry and use when needed, not really drinking them on the regular myself but they may help someone that doesn't drink a ton of water
