I’m curious for No 5 about how the UK government, any type, reacts when someone has been released in these circumstances. Is it usually positive about the person? That might explain why they reacted like that

One of my friends doesn’t have a smartphone nor an email address and she needs to go to the box office to get a ticket. Most box offices only open when a show is on so she struggles to get tickets
